Ingredients
1 cup grated apple
1 cup oats
1/2 cup apple/orange juice
1/2 cup milk of choice
Handful of slivered almonds
Handful sultanas
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 cinnamon
2-3 tablespoons yoghurt of choice
Optional: 1/2 cup frozen berries or dried fruit.
