776BC Club Shop T&C's

1. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

1.1. Each style listed in the Club Shop must meet a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of nine (9) units per style.
1.2. Men’s and Women’s styles are considered separate and must independently meet the MOQ.

2. Failure to Meet MOQ

2.1. In the event that a style does not meet the required MOQ, the Club Shop owner will be provided with the following options:

• a) Extend the Club Shop order window to allow additional time for orders.
• b) Place a top-up order to meet the MOQ.
• c) Request that 776BC cancel and refund the style in question.

3. Order Window Management

3.1. Once the Club Shop is established, additional order windows may be scheduled at any time by contacting your designated 776BC account manager.

4. Pricing

4.1. All garment prices are set at the Recommended Retail Price (RRP).

5. Delivery Options

5.1. Delivery may be arranged in one of the following ways:

• a) Bulk Delivery: Shipment to a single location is provided with free shipping.
• b) Individual Delivery: Shipment to individual addresses is available; standard retail shipping rates apply and will be added at checkout.

6. Order Modifications and Cancellations

6.1. Individual order changes or cancellations are permitted only up until the Club Shop close date.
6.2. After the close date, no changes, cancellations, or refunds will be accepted.

7. Production and Delivery Timeline

7.1. Delivery dates are estimated based on the Club Shop order window close date.
7.2. All items are made-to-order, and production may take between eight (8) to twelve (12) weeks.
7.3. The Club Shop close date is approved by the designated club contact. Any extension to this date may result in a delay to the estimated delivery timeline.

8. Club Shop Bundle Offer

8.1. Customers who purchase three (3) or more items from a single Club Shop collection will receive a 20% discount on all Club Shop products within that order.
