WHAT’S BEEN YOUR MOST MEMORABLE PERFORMANCE, AND WHY?
Winning a silver medal at the 2022 World Championships with my best friends and team mate, Alex Vuillermin in the PR3 W2-

WHAT’S BEEN YOUR TOUGHEST CHALLENGE YOU’VE HAD TO FACE IN YOUR SPORT, AND WHAT DID IT TEACH YOU?
Losing my place in the world of sport at 18 years old due to sustaining my impairment. It taught me that I am capable of more than the box that society put me in. At the end of the day as long as I believe in myself I am already a step ahead of the game.

WHAT MOTIVATES YOU? WHAT KEEPS YOU GETTING UP EVERY MORNING?
Hard to put into words. A feeling. Knowing I'm capable of more than what I did the day before and curious enough to find out.

WHAT ADVICE DO YOU HAVE FOR YOUNGER ATHLETES ENTERING THE SPORT ASPIRING GREATNESS ON THE WORLD STAGE?

Find your own 'why'.
Build a solid foundation.
There is no straight line trajectory.
Appreciate the little things.

WHAT DO YOU LIKE TO DO OUTSIDE OF YOUR SPORT? INTERESTS? CAREER?
Film photography, playing golf/tennis and running, seeing friends, brunching and spending time outdoors.
